Mr & Mrs Moyler

On a very stormy and wintry day in November, Alana & Peter were married at Worsley Court House! There was the biggest storm ever this day - as you’ll see from the severe lack of outdoor photos! The storm proved it difficult to work outdoors at all - however luckily for Alana & Peter, their venue. although small and intimate, is absolutely beautiful inside and ensured all their group shots were covered!

The new Mr & Mrs Moyler booked my half day package, which is four hours coverage, perfect for a late in the day winter wedding.

I love ceremonies at this venue - though it can be a bit of a challenge manoeuvring around the stage during the ceremony as you’ll see from the vast amount of angles I had to get!

I won’t lie, group shots were a CHALLENGE this day! The sideways rain, wind and freezing temperatures meant we had no other choice but to remain inside for group shots. Worsley Court House is a small venue, with this main ceremony room usually being turned round instantly and guests moved outside or into the tiny bar area between the ceremony and meal. Due to the weather though we had to squeeze in group shots whilst the staff moved tables and the wedding venue dresser dressed up the room.

Luckily Worsley Court House has a beautiful upper balcony which means it’s possible to get huge group shots like this, indoors after the ceremony!

Alana & Peter were happy to sneak outside between stormy pockets of sideways rain to get some couples portraits!

Next was the wedding breakfast, but not before the speeches! Look how stunning the room set up is too! I left just as the starters were being served so timed perfectly - thank you Mr & Mrs Moyler for having me, and congratulations again! A wet knot is harder to undo - I’m sure thats the phrase anyway for rain on your wedding day!
